Sunday Riley Cellular Face Oil

Thursday, 4 December 2014

Hey Peeps,

On a positive it is almost Christmas!!! On a negative - have you seen the weather?!?

All I can say is it is playing havoc with my skin, I am naturally pale but now not only is my skin pale but also dry and a little sallow. I knew it was bad when a friend said I looked a little drawn...

So obviously this called for the big guns, a major over night pep talk that would nurture me back to an Elizabeth Bennett 'glow'.

So I am using Sunday Riley Hydroactive Cellular Face Oil - Roses and Rosehip.

It is jam packed with essential and seed oils to replenish and aid hydration which is exactly what I need.

The effects are genuinely visible and my skin feels smoother and softer. The only issue is the scent. The scent is natural and botanical but as it is made from essential oils it is quite strong and over powering. I quite like it but it could potentially divide opinion if you like Non scented or subtle products.

My final note is on the design of the bottle and box - gorgeous huh!

The little dropper also ensures you only release a few drops at a time as it is very expensive and I can't help feeling excessively decadent with each drop.

I'll be honest and say this is a genuinely luxury gift but my almond oil at £3 a bottle is a perfectly good alternative and it won't break the bank.

On a separate note the Sunday Riley Ceramic Slip Cleanser has NO substitute and I can't recommend that enough.

What do you think? Have you tried any Sunday Riley products?
